The smallest moments of time collectively define who we are as individuals, and who we are as a school. A university is defined by the moments that make up its history, and each year is defined by the moments that mattered. What we experience at Whitworth defines the school at that instant in time, and the moments that mattered this year are added to the ones from past years that helped build the Whitworth we have grown to know. 

Though you may not remember everything about your time here, you will always remember the moments that mattered. This book is celebrating the moments that defined this year as well as the moments that made Whitworth the university it is today.

The people who are moving on from Whitworth will emerge as builders, believers, competitors, revelers, scholars, creatives, and visionaries, just like the torchbearers who founded Whitworth in 1890 and those who have kept this school strong for 125 years and counting.
